Emily Lark is the creator of the Complete Healthy Back System. She has been a fitness and wellness coach since 2004. Over time, too much repetitive trauma creates the “fault lines” that she discusses in her video. This is why you can throw your back out in an instant, even if you felt fine a moment ago.
The Nature Of Your Lumbar Pain
The Back to Life program is meant for the most common types of back pain issues. I’m talking about bad posture, past injury, sciatica, arthritis, back pain from pregnancy, etc.
But some people have chronic pain due to other causes such as chemotherapy, which can cause pain in your back and internal organs. There are also other rare conditions that can cause pain that Back to Life program won’t address. These aren’t common, but I need to mention them in case you’re in a unique situation. If that’s you, consult your doctor about trying a physical therapy program like this.
To be honest, I haven’t received that many complaints from readers who went on to purchase. Most of the complaints about the program that I’ve received were on the technical side – that the download wasn’t working for whatever reason, or something like that.

Final Thoughts: Is This Back Program Worth A Try?
The Back To Life Complete Healthy Back System is a simple sequence of easy to follow movements and stretches that is meant to ‘erase my back pain’. It can be done from your desk, your house, or just about anywhere. Although this program is overall very good, nobody can be guaranteed of success with it, no matter how many people it has already helped. But it’s not a scam – not even close. It’s definitely worth a try for those of us who deal with pain and discomfort due to our lifestyles.
Even though some of these stretches and movements are well-known, the sequence is important, and I have not seen anybody else who teaches this unique method.
